Shipping and Production Time
We use an on demand production service which creates orders as they occur. It takes about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. At which point they will be shipped and shipping time will be based on the purchased shipping method. If you’ve chosen shipping with tracking, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Returns and Exchanges
Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product is received according to the shipping company. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We may ask for additional information including photographs to determine the source of the fault.
At this time exchanges without defect are not possible. Issues such as sizing or dissatisfaction and changing your mind are non refundable. Please see our sizing charts on product pages to fully ensure you find a size that fits before purchase.

We receive and store contact information you enter in this store. This information is used to serve you. Payment information is purely handled by Paypal. No payment info touches our servers. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of some of our features. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to and fulfilling your requests, improving our store and communicating with you.
